Richie Keo – Supreme Management

Richie Keo: (pronouns: he/him) With 17 years of experience in the fashion industry, Richie Keo serves as Senior Model Manager at Supreme Management New York, where he focuses exclusively on discovering and managing high-fashion models.

Throughout his career, Richie has booked talent with some of the industry’s most prestigious brands and publications, including Prada, Gucci, Versace, Louis Vuitton, Vogue, and Victoria’s Secret. His current roster includes iconic names like Naomi Campbell, Shalom Harlow, Carmen Kass, Aariana Rose Philip, and Omahyra Mota, reflecting his deep connections and influence in the global fashion world.

Kenya Knight – Nous Model Management

Palm Springs, CA

President of Nous Management, Kenya Knight has been in the industry for over 27 years. She is scouting for models in all locations across the US. Some of her clients include Victoria’s Secret, Pantene, Guess, Polo/Ralph Lauren, and other well-known brands. She currently has 6 former Barbizon grads and is excited to see what this year of talent has to offer!

Brandon Sierra – MSA Agency

Los Angeles, CA

Brandon Sierra, Partner at MSA Agency, discovered his passion for the entertainment industry at an early age. Years of dance, vocal and formal musical theatre training led him to Niagara University where he earned his Bachelor’s in Fine Arts and Dance and had the honor and privilege of working with the legendary musical theatre duo, John Kander and Fred Ebb. Working and performing in New York City for seven years provided him numerous career building opportunities and professional experience, including his years of service to The Broadway Dance Center, where the foundation of his career, network and relationships were formed. Brandon is excited and honored to bring his 11 years of agency experience to McDonald / Selznick Associates (MSA) and is looking forward to providing the leadership, work ethic, and a – list service that the industry has come to expect from him.

Founder of Union Management and fashion industry veteran, Jahn Hall, began his career as a model before moving into work as a casting director, stylist, producer, consultant, agent, and photographer. These combined experiences and a unique 360 degree understanding of the industry inspired the launch of Union Management. Jahn recognizes the importance of partnering with talent in all aspects of their career and allows each model the opportunity to take greater ownership of their careers to empower not just better models, but better business people. Karen Barnes – Senrab Talent Agency

Karen Barnes is the owner of Senrab Talent Agency, representing actors and print models of all ages, ethnicities, and gender identities. A published author and industry veteran, she brings a strong focus on professionalism, preparation, and career development.

In the past five years, Senrab talent has booked projects including The Young and the Restless, Witch Craft, The Way I Heard It, Queen Sugar, NCIS: New Orleans, and multiple Tyler Perry television productions, as well as national commercial campaigns for brands such as Dell, Ford, Nissan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and major financial institutions.

Alexis Gette – AMDA College of the Performing Arts

Outreach Advisor for the prestigious AMDA College of the Performing Arts, Alexis Gette brings over 15 years of distinguished leadership in performance arts across Texas and beyond, holding specialized degrees in Theatre: Acting and Directing from Southwestern University and Texas A&M University. As a certified TTAO Contest Manager and Texas Thespians Executive Board member serving as Junior Director, she has established herself as an authoritative voice in theatrical assessment and development. Her extensive directorial portfolio spans prestigious productions throughout Texas metropolitan areas. Alexis’ exceptional talent for identifying and cultivating performers has been demonstrated through her pivotal roles in education, management, casting, and production leadership across diverse intensive theatrical programs. An alumna of the highly selective Teach for America program, she combines pedagogical excellence with artistic vision, creating transformative theatrical experiences. In her current role, Alexis travels nationally identifying and mentoring the next generation of exceptional acting, singing, and dancing talent. She has enjoyed awarding over 2 million dollars in scholarships and enjoys watching students pursue their passion in the arts with the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.

Ted Maier – Avalon Artists Group

Los Angeles, CA

Ted Maier is the Head of the Youth Division and Adult Commercial Division at Avalon Artists Group LA, based in Los Angeles. A seasoned industry leader, Ted is known for developing standout talent and placing young performers across major television and streaming platforms.

His clients have appeared in notable recent projects, including Yellowjackets (Showtime), Peacock’s Teacup, Netflix’s The Upshaws, Nickelodeon’s Bossy Bear, and Power Rangers: Dino Fury. Additional credits include Bailee Bonick in the 2023 film Theater Camp and Reese Levine’s performance as Young Tommy in the Broadway revival of The Who’s Tommy. Ted continues to champion emerging talent while securing high-profile opportunities in today’s competitive entertainment landscape.

An active voting member of the Television Academy (Emmy Awards), Tina brings decades of industry expertise to her leadership at Eris, where she is known for her sharp eye for talent and strategic career building.

Under Tina’s direction, Eris Talent Agency has secured high-profile film and television opportunities for its clients in recent projects, including Barbie, Asteroid City, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Beverly Hills Cop: Axel Foley, Stranger Things, and This Is Us, as well as ongoing work across major Disney and Nickelodeon productions.
